Before you message us
Do you come to film at my shop or office?
No. You record short clips on your phone and upload them. Every month we send an idea list for your industry, plus simple tips: hold the phone upright, film in good light and keep each clip 10–30 seconds.
What if I don’t send enough clips one month?
We can edit from your existing photos and older videos so the month is never empty. Clips should reach us by the 25th for the following month’s posts.
Do I need accounts on all 7 platforms?
No. We post to whichever of the 7 you have, and we can set up the missing ones for free during onboarding.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You connect your pages to our posting system yourself through each platform’s official login, and you can disconnect at any time. Your accounts always stay yours.
Can I use trending songs?
Business accounts are not licensed to use most popular songs, and posts that do can be muted or taken down. We use royalty-free music that is safe for business pages.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month by month and can stop anytime before your next billing date. You can also move up or down a package for the next month.
Is ad spend included?
No. The packages cover editing and posting. If you want to boost videos with paid ads, the ad budget is paid directly to the platform; we can quote for managing ads separately.
