  • Payments made for website development services, including initial deposits, milestone payments, or full project fees, are non-refundable. This is due to the immediate allocation of resources, time, and effort upon project commencement.
  • Once work has begun on your project, the investment of time and creative effort is substantial, making refunds impractical.

• Website Design Courses (e.g., “Build Your Own Website” 3-Day Session):

  • The fee for our “Build Your Own Website” three-day session, priced at RM799, is non-refundable.
  • This policy applies regardless of attendance, completion, or withdrawal from the course. Our courses involve reserving instructor time, preparing personalized materials, and limiting class sizes to ensure a quality learning experience, making these fees non-refundable once paid.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

BijakMediaMY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to consider exceptions to this non-refundable policy in genuinely extraordinary circumstances. Such consideration does not obligate BijakMediaMY to issue a refund. Any such request must be submitted in writing with comprehensive supporting documentation for review.
