• WordPress Website Development: Crafting bespoke WordPress websites for schools, businesses, and individuals.
• Website Design Courses: Offering personalized, beginner-friendly courses, including our “Build Your Own Website” three-day session, which focuses on drag-and-drop design using tools like Elementor, WP Manage Ninja, WooCommerce, and Bricks.
• Consultancy and Support: Providing guidance and support related to website creation, plugins, and digital marketing strategies.

3. User Responsibilities As a user of BijakMediaMY’s services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of our services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login information and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of BijakMediaMY and third parties.

4. Intellectual Property Rights All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the BijakMediaMY website are the exclusive property of BijakMediaMY or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

For website development services, upon full payment, you will receive ownership or a license to the intellectual property specifically created for you, as outlined in your service agreement. BijakMediaMY retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

5. Payment, Fees, and Refunds

• Course Fees: Our “Build Your Own Website” course is priced at RM799 for a three-day session.
• Website Development Fees: Fees for website development services will be outlined in a separate project proposal and service agreement.
• Payment Gateway: We facilitate payments through secure payment gateways, including Curlec. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these payment providers.
• Refund Policy:
  • For courses, specific refund policies will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Generally, a partial refund may be issued if cancellation occurs within a specified period before the course start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the course has commenced.
  • For website development, refunds will be handled according to the terms specified in your individual service agreement, typically tied to project milestones.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, BijakMediaMY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
• Any content obtained from the services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BijakMediaMY does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia.
